Graham Nash chose a pair of Cult of Individuality’s “Hagen” straight leg jeans in the “Pepper” wash (blue, distressed), and pre-ordered a black straight leg jean and a light wash, ripped up straight leg jean from Cult’s Spring 2010 collection. He also chose out a pair of Anoname jeans for his wife.
Mark-Paul Gosselaar has a hard time finding the right size jeans because he has muscular thighs. He usually has to get the waist taken in. He took a 32 and a 33 in two different washes of the “Hagen” straight leg from Cult of Individuality’s Fall 2009 collection, and pre-ordered the “Rocker” skinny jean in “Devil” wash from Spring 2010. When asked how he felt about people saying Obama wears “Zach Morris” jeans he laughed saying he hadn’t heard that one yet, but that the jeans he wore on Jimmy Kimmel’s show recently were actually really hard to find (vintage 90s light wash). He also said that he went into a costume store in NYC recently (he’s here acting in “The Understudy”) and was told that someone had been in looking for a Zach Morris Halloween costume, oversized cell phone prop and all!
Taboo from the Black Eyed Peas says he’s going through a “major black phase right now” with his clothes, so he pre-ordered Cult of Individuality’s “Hagen” straight leg jean in the black wash for Holiday 2009. Apl.de.ap also from the Black Eyed Peas likes really narrow cut jeans so he pre-ordered the “Rocker” skinny jean from Cult of Individuality’s Spring 2010 collection in the “Devil” wash.
30 Rock’s Keith Powell likes slim cut jeans but doesn’t want to look like all of his hipster friends in Brooklyn. We explained that those guys are actually wearing women’s jeans(!) so he chose Cult of Individuality’s “Rocker” skinny jean in the “Devil” wash and did the “around the neck fit test” to figure out what size he’d be. He also chose out a pair of Anoname women’s skinny jeans in the “Abyss” (blue ripped) wash for his girlfriend Jill Knox.
John Legend pre-ordered Cult of Individuality’s “Rocker” skinny jean for Spring 2010, and also sweetly asking if he could pick out a pair of Anoname women’s jeans for his girlfriend (he chose the “Paris” skinny jeans).
30 Rock’s Judah Friedlander wasn’t sure of his size so he took one size in Cult’s “Hagen” straight leg and the other size in the “Trysten” bootcut style. He said he doesn’t like jeans with too many rips in them because he makes enough holes in his jeans as it is on his own!
Actor Alan Cumming chose a pair of “Trysten” bootcut jeans from Cult of Individuality’s Fall 2009 collection, and pre-ordered Cult’s “Hagen” straight leg jean in “Pavement”, a torn, “dirty” wash for Spring 2010.
New Moon actor Chaske Spencer chose a pair of Cult of Individuality “Hagen” Straight leg jeans in the blue, worn out “Pepper” wash, and pre-ordered the “Rocker” skinny jean from the line’s Spring 2010 collection in the “Devil” wash.
Penn Badgley was so excited to be going to see the concert – girlfriend Blake Lively had surprised him with tickets. He wasn’t sure exactly what size he’d be in Cult of Individuality so he chose two pairs in two different sized to take home to try (straight leg styles). He also pre-ordered the “Rocker” skinny style in the “Devil” wash for Spring 2010.
Law + Order’s Diane Neal lamented that she used to be a size 0 or 2 but she hasn’t been working as much recently so she’s “gotten bigger”. She and her husband Marcus like to keep in shape by surfing whenever they can (they got into it on their honeymoon in the Dominican Republic). Diane chose a pair of Anoname’s “Joelle” bootcut jeans in the “Stress” wash – a distressed blue, as well as a black skinny jean from the line’s Fall 2009 collection. She also pre-ordered a bootcut jean from Anoname’s holiday collection with Swarovski crystal detailing on the pocket. She is currently finishing up a degree in Pre-med and also Anthropology at Harvard and uses video-conferencing to sit in on the classes from her home in New Jersey!
